These terms apply to any commission booked through this site. Booking a commission means you agree to them.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total price) is due before work begins, to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due before final, high-resolution files are delivered. Prices are quoted in EUR and may vary based on complexity — always confirmed before payment.

Revisions

Each tier includes a set number of revision rounds during the sketch stage (see the Commissions section for specifics). Changes requested after final rendering has started, or beyond the included rounds, are billed separately.

Usage rights

You receive a personal-use license for the finished piece — for your own profiles, prints, or personal projects. Commercial use (merchandise, publications, monetized content) requires a separate license, agreed in advance. I retain the right to share the finished piece in my portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise.

Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are listed per tier and start once a deposit is paid and references are finalized. They're estimates, not guarantees — delays will always be communicated.

Refunds

The deposit is non-refundable once sketch work has started. If you cancel before I begin sketching, the deposit is refunded minus a small handling fee. No refunds are given after the final piece has been delivered.

Content

I reserve the right to decline any commission, including but not limited to hate symbolism, non-consensual or exploitative content, and anything violating the platforms I use to share work.
